These are my two favorite people in the world and I love them both so much!

I have been married to my husband for 2 1/2 years now and I couldn't be happier. My daughter was born this past October and after spending the first 12 days in the NICU with her we were overjoyed to get to bring her home. We are loving every minute that we get to spend with her.

As I build this blog I am sure you will be hearing a lot more about both my husband and my daughter. Sometime when I have the time I will write about my daughters first few weeks of life and all the struggles she overcame. :)

First Bargain!

As a new mom I am always looking for a good deal on baby stuff. In fact about 98% of my daughter's stuff has been from garage sales, swap meets, or consignment stores. This has saved us a TON of money so far. Most of the clothing I have bought I have paid only between 25 cents and 2 dollars! I have also gotten great deals on all of the furniture I have bought for the nursery. The first bargain of many I am going to share with you is one of my favorites and probably one of the best deals so far!

I got this crib for $30! It did not come with a mattress but I was able to find one for $30 at Walmart. The bedding was also a great find for about $30 dollars as well! So, I got the whole thing bedding and all for a mere $90 dollars! What a great deal.

I'm back into the world of blogging!

I decided to start this blog since I have really enjoyed keeping up with friends near and far by reading their blogs. I am hoping that since I am at home much more now I will have time to keep up a blog once again. My goal is to post at least once a week if not more to share either great deals I have recently found our to write about life in general. Hope you all enjoy! :)
